We ship throughout mainland Ecuador through our logistics partners.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order conditions.

FREE shipping on orders of $50 or more within Ecuador.

Processing and delivery times

Once payment has been confirmed, we prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery times are:

Quito: 24–48 business hours.
Rest of Ecuador: 24–72 business hours.

These timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched and may vary due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, the recipient’s location, or other external circumstances.

Order tracking

When applicable, you will receive the information needed to track your shipment.

Delays

Once the order has been handed over to the logistics provider, delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond Llacta Café’s control.

If any issue arises, we will help you track the shipment and manage the corresponding request with the carrier.

Shipping address and order receipt

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address, as well as a valid phone number that may be used to coordinate delivery when necessary.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient absence, package refusal, or any other circumstance attributable to the recipient, any additional reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Are you outside Ecuador?

We also ship internationally directly from Ecuador.

For United States customers, you can place your order directly through our international store. Shipments are handled via FedEx International Express, with rates based on the total order weight and FREE shipping on orders of $200 USD or more. Applicable conditions, prices, and charges are shown in the corresponding market.
