What is Llacta Café?
Llacta Café is an online store specializing in Ecuadorian coffee, bringing together coffees from different brands, farms, and producers across Ecuador in one place.
Our purpose is to make it easier to discover Ecuadorian coffees with identity, origin, and traceability, especially those produced on a small and medium scale and not commonly found in supermarkets.
Llacta Café does not relabel or modify the products. Each coffee keeps its original brand, origin, and producer story.
What is specialty coffee?
Specialty coffee is generally considered coffee that scores 80 points or higher according to Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) evaluation standards.
At Llacta Café, you will find specialty coffees, microlots, and other Ecuadorian origin coffees with different varieties, processes, and flavor profiles.
Where does Llacta Café’s coffee come from?
Our coffees are produced in different coffee-growing regions of Ecuador, including Loja, Napo, Imbabura, and Pichincha.
We work with different brands, farms, and producers to showcase the diversity of Ecuadorian coffee.
Does Llacta Café produce its own coffee?
No. Llacta Café is a coffee discovery and commercialization platform.
Each producer keeps their own brand and product. We bring them together in one place so you can discover, compare, and purchase Ecuadorian coffees that would otherwise require searching producer by producer.

Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship directly from Ecuador to the United States via FedEx International Express.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a FedEx tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates to the United States are calculated based on the total weight of the order:

Customers will not be required to make additional payments to Llacta Café for these charges after completing their purchase.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer FREE shipping on orders of $200 USD or more within the United States.
