Llacta Café ships directly from Ecuador to the United States via FedEx International Express.

Processing and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond Llacta Café’s control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates to the United States are calculated based on the total weight of the order:

Over 1 kg up to 2 kg	$45 USD
Over 2 kg up to 3 kg	$55 USD
Over 3 kg up to 4 kg	$65 USD
Over 4 kg up to 5 kg	$75 USD

The applicable shipping rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of the order.

FREE Shipping

Enjoy FREE shipping on orders of $200 USD or more within the United States.

Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable taxes, duties, and import fees are included in the purchase price.

Customers will not be required to make additional payments to Llacta Café for these charges after completing their purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a FedEx tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment.

Delays

Once the order has been handed over to FedEx, transit times may be affected by circumstances beyond Llacta Café’s control.

If any issue arises, we will assist you with tracking and, when applicable, with filing a claim with FedEx.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient absence, package refusal, or any other circumstance attributable to the recipient, any additional shipping or reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
